Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Colour Looms Creations. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India and to selected international destinations.
  • International shipping availability depends on the destination country and product availability.
  • If shipping to your location is unavailable, we will notify you and process a refund if payment has already been received.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and shipping method selected.
  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: 8–10 business days after dispatch (unless otherwise stated on the website).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, strikes, or other unforeseen events.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), including a tracking number and tracking link.

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment through our courier partner’s website.


6. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted third-party logistics and courier partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s operations. While we will assist in resolving any delivery issues, Colour Looms Creations is not liable for delays caused by the courier service or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:

  • Full Name
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Landmark (if applicable)
  • PIN/ZIP Code
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address

Colour Looms Creations will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to us.

Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatching the order may be borne by the customer.


9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us promptly.

We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the shipment and provide updates. If a shipment is confirmed as lost, we will resolve the matter in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Do not accept the package if the damage is visible.
  • If accepted, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs or videos of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The damaged product(s)

We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


11. Force Majeure

Colour Looms Creations shall not be held responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
